Why the name change from Grako Pilates to Body Mind Innovations?We wanted to emphasize our new approach to the health and well-being methodologies that we use in our practice. Our approach and philosophy is aimed at the person as a whole being (encompassing the body and the mind). It is only when these two inseparable spheres of our being are harnessed and stimulated, will true well-being and equilibrium be achieved.
